CULTIVATOR NEW SAN FRANCISCO SIMPLE SHANK WITH FERTILIZER BOX OF 1.250 L

The multiple-use Cultivator New San Francisco is an implement of great versatility, that allows to do the fertilization and cultivation on the ratoons of green and burnt sugarcane, with total efficiency and without the need to change kits to do the work.

This implement has two cutting disks that cut the straw, two subsoiler shanks with winged points, which do the decompaction in the space between rows of the culture, equipped with automatic deactivation. The implement also has two oscillating sets equipped with two scalloped disks and a clod-crusher/laying roll, each set.

This set has very simple settings of the scalloped disks, through pins and cotter pins, which allow to do an excellent work both on green cane and on burnt cane. In the case of green cane, the cultivation can be done keeping intact the layer of straw, by simply adjusting the depth and the working angle of the scalloped disks to return the straw to the original position, being that the round bar roll will do the laying of the straw in the space between rows.

If there is interest, part of the straw can be incorporated, by adjusting the scalloped disks to work more deeply in the ground. For burnt cane, the oscillating sets must be adjusted in order for the scalloped disks to do the  cultivation in the space between rows, incorporating the fertilizer close to the rows of the culture, being that the round bar roll will do the leveling of the ground and the clod crushing, in case the moisture conditions of the soil causes the subsoiler shank to facilitate some formation of clods when decompacting the space between rows of the culture.

The implement is equipped with a polyethylene coupled-type fertilizer box with capacity for 1.250 liters, that distributes the fertilizer through a stainless steel worm drive, activated by hydraulic motor with an oil flow regulating valve, or by automatic quick coupler with gearbox.

 Characteristics:

- 2 self-directed cutting flat disks of 23”.

- 2 semi-parabolic subsoiler shanks with winged points and automatic deactivation.

- 2 oscillating sets composed of 2 concave scalloped disks each set, with width, depth and working angle setting through pins and cotter pins.

- 2 clod-crusher/laying rolls composed of 14 round bars each.

- 1 polyethylene coupled-type fertilizer box with capacity for 1.250 liters.

- Fertilizer distribution through stainless steel worm drive.

- Activation of the fertilizer boxes by hydraulic motor, with setting of the fertilizer quantity through oil flow regulating valve. Optionally, the activation of the fertilizer boxes can be done by automatic quick coupler, with setting through gearbox.

- Adjustable spacing of 1,40; 1,50 and 1,60m.
