Loin Breaker Cultivator

Implement developed to perform the soil leveling between sugar cane rows, leaving the area prepared for the mechanical harvesting.
Composed with 6 plotters shanks with height and spacing regulation, the implement leaves the soil cultivated, without rocks and leveled, ideal for herbicide application. In additional, the implement puts the land closer to the sugar cane row.
Mounted in the São Francisco toolbar, the implement allows the coupling of furrow openers and subsoilers, transforming the implement in a cultivator for ratoon cane or furrow opener for the plantation of the sugar cane.

Characteristics:

• 6 plotters shanks organized in 2 sets as kits that are fixed by screws in the São Francisco cultivator toolbar, in the position of the cutting disc;
• 2 oscillating kits composed by 16 18” notched discs distributed in 4 sections;
• Oil bath bearings
• 2 back levelers

Minimum required power: 110 hp.
