Loin Breaker Cultivator with Fertilizer

Implement developed to perform the cultivation and leveling of the ratoon cane together with the fertilizer application in the sugar cane. Composed by 6 plotter shanks, 2 oscillating sets in parallelogram composed with 16 notched discs, 2 back levelers and 2 polyethylene fertilizers boxes with capacity for 370 liters each one, that distributes the fertilizer trough an stainless steel endless auger driven by hydraulic motor or automatic quick coupling.

The implement develop a scarification that promotes the leveling of the soil in the sugar cane rows and apply the fertilizer, in an example, a complementation of the Nitrogen doses, important in the plant development.

Characteristics:

• 6 plotter shanks organized in 2 sets, that are screwed in the São Francisco cultivator toolbar 
• 2 oscillating sets in parallelogram composed with 16 18” notched discs organized in 8 sections with oil bath bearings
• Oil bath bearings
• 2 back levelers. 
• 2 polyethylene fertilizer boxes with 370 liters each one.
• Fertilizer distribution trough stainless steel endless auger 
• Fertilizers driven by hydraulic motor or automatic quick coupling by chain
• Fertilizer Doses regulation by oil flow valve or by gear box.
