New São Francisco Cultivator Simple Shank with Rake (Trash Remover)

The new São Francisco Cultivator simple shank with rake is an implement with great versatility, which allows performing the fertilization and cultivation in the raw sugar cane, with the removal of the straw from the sugar cane rows, with total efficiency, which permits a quicker and better germination in the cold times and a drop on the leafhopper infestation.
It is composed by 2 cutting discs that cut´s the Straw, two subsoiler shanks with winged tips, that promotes the decompactation between the culture rows, equipped with automatic disarm. Also Posses two oscillating sets equipped with two notched discs and one setting rolls each set.
This set posses very easy regulation for the notched discs, trough pins and counterpins, what allows to perform one excellent job in the raw cane, keeping the Straw, simply for that to regulate the depth and notched discs working angle to return the Straw to its original position and the roll will do the Straw settle down in the rows.
Simultaneously, trough one set of 4 oscillating arms with 4 wheels composed of 28 fingers each one, coupled right beside rolls, the implement performs the removal of the straw, keeping a clean row where it will take place the germination from the sugar cane row
The implement is composed with 2 polyethylene boxes with capacity for 370 liters each one, that distributes the fertilizer trough stainless steel endless auger and are driven by hydraulic motor with oil flow regulation valve, or by quick coupling with gear box.

• 2 23” auto-steerable plain cutting discs. 
• 2 semi parabolic subsoiler shanks with winged pointers and automatic disarm,
• 2 oscillating sets composed with 2 notched concave discs each, with width , depth and working regulation trough pins and counterpins
• 2 rolls composed of 14 round bars each one
• 4 oscillating arms with 4 wheels composed of 28 fingers each one for the straw removal
• 2 polyethylene fertilizer boxes with 370 liters capacity each one;
• Fertilizer distributor trough stainless steel endless auger; 
• Fertilizer driven by Hydraulic motor, with the fertilizer flow regulated by oil flow valve. Optionally, the fertilizer can be driven by quick automatic coupling, with the outflow regulated by gearbox.
• Row spacing regulation 1,40; 1,50 and 1,60m.
