New São Francisco Cultivator with Simple Shank
The multiple use cultivator new São Francisco is an implement of great versatility that allows performing the fertilization and cultivation in the green and burnet ratoon cane, with total efficiency and no need for any set exchange to perform the job. It is composed by two cutting discs, that cuts the straw, two subsoiler shank with winged pointers, that promotes the culture inter row decompactation, equipped with automatic disarm. Also Posses two oscillating sets equipped with notched discs and land rock breaker roll each one.
This set has a simple regulation on the notched discs, trough pins and counterpins, what allows to perform an excellent work in both ratoon and burnet sugar cane. In the case of ratoon cane, the cultivation can be performed leaving the Straw intact, just needing for that to regulate the depth and working angle from the notched discs to return the straw in its original position, and the roll will perform the straw lodging in the inter row.
If there is interest, part of the Straw can be incorporated, regulating the notched discs to work deeper in the soil. For burnet cane, the oscillating set must be regulated in a way that the notched discs perform the inter row cultivation, incorporating the fertilizer next to the sugar cane rows, and the roll will perform the leveling and rock break, in case the soil moisture conditions makes the subsoiler shanks to perform any kind of rocks in the inter row decompactation.
The implement is equipped with two polyethylene fertilizer boxes with 370 liters capacity each, that distributes the fertilizer trough stainless steel endless auger and is driven by hydraulic motor with oil flow regulation valve, or by quick automatic coupling with gearbox.
Characteristics:
- 2 23” auto steerable plain cutting discs
- 2 subsoiler shanks with winged pointers and automatic disarm;
- 2 oscillating sets composed with 2 concave notched discs each one, with width , depth and working regulations trough pins and counterpins;
- 2 rock break rolls with 14 round bars each one.
- 2 polyethylene fertilizer boxes with 370 liters capacity each one
- Fertilizer distribution trough stainless steel endless auger.
- Fertilizer flow driven by hydraulic motor, with flow regulation trough oil flow valve. Optionally, the driven can be made through automatic quick coupling, with the flow regulation trough gearbox
- Regulable spacing 1,40; 1,50 and 1,60m.
Minimum Required Power: 100hp
Code: 1.10.02.01.04.125
