New São Francisco Rattoon and Burnet Cane Cultivator with Mats

The new São Francisco multiple use cultivator is an implement of great versality, and allows to perform the fertilization and cultivation in the ratoon cane or in the burnet cane, with total efficiency and without needing to Exchange any kit to realize the work. It is composed  by 2 cutting discs that cuts the straw, two double subsoiling shanks with four pointers, that promotes the decompactation in a bigger area in the sugar cane inter row, equipped with automatic disarm. Also posses’ two oscillating sets equipped with two notched discs and on rock breaker roll.
This set posses very simple notched discs regulations, trough pins and counterpins that allow performing an excellent work in both ratoon cane and burnet cane. In the case of ratoon cane, the cultivation can be done leaving the straw intact, just regulating the depth and the notched discs working angle to return the straw to its original position, and the back roll will perform the straw settle in the inter rows.
If there is interest, the Straw can be incorporated in parts, regulating the notched discs to work deeper in the soil. For burnet cane, the oscillating set must be regulated in a way that the notched discs perform the inter row cultivation, incorporating the fertilizer close to the sugar cane rows, and the round bars roll will perform the leveling and rock breaking, in case the soil humidity conditions makes the subsoiling shank to promotes any kind of rocks during the decompactation.
The implement is equipped with individual polyethylene boxes with capacity for 370 liters each one, and distributes the fertilizer trough polyethylene mats and are driven by oil flow regulation valve. The mats posses a mechanism that keeps them always aligned and stretched. The fertilizer doses are regulated trough oil flow valve that changes the mats speed and from the opening / closure of the mat exit gate.

- Fertilizer driven by hydraulic motor, with regulation of the fertilizer flow by oil flow valve. Optional the fertile can be driven by quick automatic coupling, with fertilizer flow regulation by gearbox. 
- Regulable row spacing 1,40; 1,50 and 1,60m.
