São Francisco Cultivator for Burnet Cane

Implement for multiple use with big strength and versatility, with adjustable row spacing, developed to perform various and different operations in the sugar cane culture, just with the substitution of small sets.

Composed with 2 auto steerable plain cutting discs that cuts de remaining straw, 2 semi-parabolic subsolier shanks equipped with straight tips or winged tips with automatic disarm that subsoils between the culture rows.

Posses 2 individual polyethylene fertilizer deposits with capacity for 370 liters each, distributing the fertilizer trough stainless steel endless auger driven by the tractor´s Wheel and coupled by chain as automatic quick coupling, and fertilizer regulation made by gear box. Optionally, the driven of the fertilizer can be made through hydraulic motor and on this case, the regulation of the applied fertilizer can be done trough oil flow valve.
   
Also composed by 2 swinging sets in parallelogram formed by 16 18” notched discs distributed in 8 sections with oil bath roller bearings and device for the working width regulation and working angle. Due to its versatility and with use of small sets, the implement can be transformed into green cane cultivator, furrow opener or soil leveler cultivator.
