Deep Fertilizer Distributor and Limestone on surface
Implement developed to perform the fertilization applying the fertilizer in depth and simultaneously applying the limestone at surface, in 3 rows of cane with high operational performance.
It has 2 deposits with the front for the fertilizer with an approximate capacity of 2,700 kg and the rear for limestone with a capacity of approximately 2,800 kg and with a helical device with a reducer that, when rotating with reduced speed, provides total fluidity for the application of limestone , avoiding the formation of tunnels during the operation.
For the application of the fertilizer in depth, the implement has a pantographic set, driven by hydraulic piston, composed of three 26" cutting discs with compression springs to cut the straw mattress and, fixed just behind the cutting disc, a "boot" type device where the hose is coupled for application of the fertilizer to the desired depth.
The implement has 2 wheels with low pressure tires and is tractor driven, with coupling on the drawbar.
The distribution of the fertilizer and limestone made by polyethylene mats driven by hydraulic motor. The adjustment of the dosage of the products is made by changing the speed of the conveyors through the oil flow valve and opening / closing the conveyor locks.
As the fertilizer application is in depth, the nitrogen source may be urea-based.
