Surface Fertilizer and Limestone Distributor

Implement developed to make the ratoon sugar cane fertilization on surface without incorporation, together with limestone application.
It has 2 deposits, the frontal deposit with an approximate capacity of 2,700 kg for the fertilizer and the rear deposit with an approximate capacity of 2,800 kg for the limestone. The rear deposit has a helical device with reducer, which rotates at a reduced speed, providing total fluidity for any type of limestone, avoiding the formation of tunnels inside the deposit during the application.
The distribution of the fertilizer and limestone is done through polyethylene mats driven by hydraulic motor. The adjustment of the dosage of the products is made by changing the speed of the conveyors through the oil flow valve and opening / closing the conveyor locks.
The implement has two wheels with low pressure tires and is tractor driven with traction bar coupling, applying the fertilizer and limestone in 3 simultaneous rows, with high operational performance.
As the application is superficial, the nitrogen source used in the fertilizer should be nitrate based.
