2 rows Furrow Opener with fertilizer for fertilizer and Limestone

Implement developed to perform the furrow opening for sugar cane manual planting with application of high reactivity limestone in the planting furrow together with fertilizing.
Composed by 2 furrow openers elements “hummingbird” type, intended to perform 2 rows furrow opening for the sugar cane planting, that are mounted in the São Francisco Cultivator Toolbar.
The Automatic Disarm that protects the cultivator subsoiler shank, is also coupled in the furrow openers, for the implements protection against impacts with any obstacle present in the soil. 
Have a Stainless steel fertilizer hooper, with 3 compartments, being the central with 600 liters capacity for fertilizer and the sides compartments with 250 liters capacity each one for high reactivity limestone.
The Limestone and fertilizer distribution is done trough polyethylene mats, driven by Hydraulic engines and the fertilizer and limestone regulation doses is done trough oil flow regulation valve and floodgates in the mats output.

• 2 furrow openers elements equipped with automatic disarm
• Stainless Steel fertilizer hooper with 3 compartments, the central one with 600 liters capacity for fertilizer, and the sides compartments with 250 liters capacity each one for high reactivity limestone
• Fertilizer and Limestone distribution done by polyethylene mats;
• Calibration of the dosages of fertilizer and limestone through the oil flow regulation valve and the mats floodgates.
• Furrow markers optional.
