6 Wheels Cane Straw Rake

Implement developed to realize the raking of the sugar cane Straw that remains on the soil after mechanical harvesting. The implement is coupled on the 3 points of the tractor and works cleaning the space on one inter row, on each side, making the straw windrow  in the space of the middle inter row, in a way that, as result of the operation, it remains 2 inter rows clean with 1 inter row with straw windrow 
Due to the raker “V” type configuration, the straw windrow stays exactly at the space of one inter row.
This operation is used aiming the Straw removal to allow a fasten and uniform budburst of the ratoon cane, decrease the plagues incidence as leafhoppers, as well as the straw recovery and bailing for the co generation purpose use.
The implement is composed of tubular steel structure and articulated arms fixed in the toolbar, where are fixed 6 wheels composed by 40 stainless finger each one. The fingers posses adequate tempera to avoid excessive breaks during the raking operation
PS: To avoid the cane steeping, recommend to open the tractors wheel gauge from 2,5 to 3,0 meters
