INSECTICIDE APPLICATOR IN RATOON FOR 2 ROWS (JP PUMP MODEL)

Implement developed for the application of insecticides into the sugarcane ratoon rows, aiming at the control of sphenophorus and migdollus.

The implement has a tool-holder bar for the attachment of the sets for doing the application in 2 ratoon rows simultaneously.

Each set has a 26 inch cutting disk with compression springs which does the cutting of the layer of straw on the center of the ratoon lines, and, attached right behind the cutting disk, a device with the spray nozzle which does the application of the substance in depth. Each set is adjusted on the tool-holder bar to cut the center of the ratoon rows and do the application of the insecticide at a depth of 5 cm for the control of sphenophorus and at a depth of 20 cm for the control of migdollus.

The implement has a tank with capacity for 600 liters of insecticide, with level display, equipped with piston pump JP model attached to the tractor PTO, for the spraying of the insecticide.
