Ratoon Cane Insecticide Aplicator with cane straw rake

Implement developed for the insecticide application inside the ratoon cane rows, seeking for the sphenophorus and migdollus control, with the removal of the cane straw from the ratoon cane row, and if necessary, the product application over the ratoon row, aiming for the control of any plague adult and also a simultaneously control of the “cigarrinha”, in case occurring during application period.  
Posses toolbar for sets fixation to perform the application in 3 rows of ratoon cane and the fixation del kit cane straw rake for the removal of the cane straw in the same 3 rows.
Coupled to the cane straw rake kit also posses the kit 70/30 that allows the application of part of the product doses in a air manner over the ratoon cane row.  
Each set posses one 26” cutting disc with compression spring that makes the cutting on the Straw, and fixed after the cutting disc, a device with the spraying beak that performs the product application in depth. Every set is placed on the toolbar to cut in the center of the ratoon cane row and perform the insecticide application at 5 cm for the sphenophorus control and at 15 cm for the migdollus control. Right after every cutting disc set is coupled 2 arms from the cane straw rake with a 70/30 kit, to perform the straw removal from the cane row, and air application, if it is the case, simultaneously in the same operation.
The Implement posse’s 600 liters tank for the syrup, with level display, equipped with piston pump driven by Tractors PTO shaft, or, model JP pump coupled directly in the tractor´s PTO, for the insecticide application.
