STRAW INCORPORATOR WITH FERTILIZER BOX FOR FERTILIZER AND OXIDES

Implement developed to carry out the incorporation of straw to the soil, straw which remains in the area after the harvest of green cane. The implement carries out the incorporation of straw to the soil in two spaces between the lines at the same time, and the raking operation can be carried out before the incorporation.
The practice of incorporation of the resulting straw of the harvest to the soil promotes several benefits such as the improvement of the organic matter levels in the soil, elimination of the ideal conditions for the development of plagues as leafhoppers, sphenophorus and stable flies and diseases as coletotrichum. In addition, the incorporation of the straw reduces the susceptibility to frost and the risk of fires.
Coupled to the three-point coupler of the tractor, the implement has 2 cutting discs that cut the straw mattress present in the spaces between the lines of the sugarcane ratoon. Furthermore, two semi parabolic rods with winged tips act in the soil at a depth of 25 to 30 cm, and right behind them, there are two sets of rotating hoes, activated by cardan coupled to the tractor TDP at 1.000 RPM, that incorporate the straw to the soil in the  spaces between the lines of the sugarcane ratoon. The implement has one box-type fertilizer in stainless steel, activated by hydraulic motor and distribution by treadmills, with capacity for 1.100 liters and compartments that allow the application of fertilizer and oxides to the sugarcane ratoon, simultaneously with the incorporation of straw.
